Work Experience Branch (WE)

Main Function of Department:-

• To help in the planned implementation and execution of activities related to work and experience in schools and centers of continuous education.


• To help initiate activities related to work and experience using materials easily available in the local environment.


• Organization of activities like cleaning and maintenance of school premises, activities related to development, cleaning of sports field, lawn, garden etc.and plantation.


• To assist in teaching learning process.


• To assist in the conduct of work and experience related activities.


• To organize trainings for community service tours and programmes.


• To bring literary, cultural and social awareness in teachers and pass it on to the children and the community.


• To improve library facilities in schools through training programs.


• To conduct training programme for teachers to organize “BAL-SANSAD”.
