A) COPD - Principal investigator – Dr. Narendra Khippal
1. A Randomized, 26-Week, Placebo-Controlled Efficacy and Safety Study with a 2week Long-term Safety Extension of High and Medium-Dose Inhaled Mometasone Furoate/Formoterol Fixed-Dose Combination Formulation Compared with Formoterol and High-Dose Inhaled Mometasone Furoate Monotherapy in Subjects with Moderate to Severe COPD.
2. A randomized, double-blind, double dummy, multicentre, Parallel- group study comparing the efficacy and safety of the test HFA formulation of lpratropium bromide with the reference HFA formulation of lpratropium bromide in patients with mild or moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (C0PD).
3. An open label comparative multicentric study to assess the efficacy and safety of fixed-dose combination of Formoterol fumarate & Mometasone furoate Dry Powder Inhaler (DPI) and fixed dose combination formoterol fumarate & Budesonide Dry Powder Inhaler {DPI) for the treatment of bronchial asthma and/or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
4. A randomised, double-blind, active-controlled parallel group study to evaluate the effect of 52 weeks of once daily treatment of orally inhaled tiotropium + olodaterol fixed dose combination compared with tiotropium on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) exacerbation in patients with severe to very severe COPD.[DYNAGITO]
B) BRONCHIAL ASTHMA- Principal investigator –Dr. Narendra Khippal
5. An open label, comparative, multicentric study to assess the efficacy and safety of Zileuton extended-release tablets in comparison with Montelukast sodium tablets in patients suffering from bronchial asthma.
6. A phase II, 12 week randomized, double-blind, triple dummy, parallel group, placebo-controlled, dose range finding study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of revamilast in subjects with chronic persistent Asthma.
7. A prospective, open label, non-comparative, observational, 24 weeks multicenter study of Fluticasone/Formoterol (Maxiflo®) FDC rotacaps (100/6 mcg and 250/6 mcg) when taken through Revolizer® in patients with persistent asthma.

8. A randomized, open label, comparative, multicentric study to assess the efficacy and safety of Acrivastine capsules in comparison with Chlorpheniramine maleate tablets in patients suffering from allergic rhinitis.

1. International, multi-centre, randomized, double blind study to compare the overall mortality in acutely ill medical patients treated with enoxaparin versus placebo in addition to Graduated Elastic Stockings.

1. A Randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled Phase 2 trial of Bavituximab plus Docetaxel in patients with previously treated locally Advanced or Metastatic Non Squamous Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer.
2. A Randomized, open label, phase 2 trial of Paclitaxel/Carboplatin with or without Bavituzimab in patients with previously untreated locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Squamous Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer.
3. Phase 3 Study of Pemetrexed, Cisplatin, and Radiotherapy Followed by Consolidation Pemetrexed versus Etoposide, Cisplatin, and Radiotherapy Followed by Consolidation Cytotoxic Chemotherapy of Choice in Patients with Unresectable, Locally Advanced, Stage III Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Other than Predominantly Squamous Cell Histology.
4. A phase III, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, unbalanced (3:1) active control study to assess the safety and describe the efficacy of netupitant and palonosetron for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in repeated chemotherapy cycles.
